It’s November, the month of Thanksgiving here in the U.S.

So, by the power granted to me as author of The Gratitude Connection, I’m declaring the whole month as Gratitude Month. My book is all about making small, incremental changes that make a big difference, beginning with gratitude.

Why practice gratitude?

That’s a great question – I’m glad you asked!

The only way to find out what gratitude will do for you is – try it. Start by simply noticing what you’re grateful for. Do it a couple of times a day.

Try it for 5 days. Or 10. Or 21 – that’s the magic number they say it takes to develop a new habit.

Keep track of your thoughts. And your relationships. And your work.
